Can I come to your studio without an appointment?

No, appointments are mandatory before coming to the studio.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes, absolutely. You may bring one guest with you. If you wish to bring additional people, please let us know in advance.

How far in advance should I schedule my trial?

There is no specific deadline, but we typically schedule trials between January and June of your wedding year.

If I book multiple artists, how do you travel?

We prioritize traveling as a team whenever possible. This helps reduce overall transportation and parking costs per artist. We travel by car to the location.

What is a consultation?

A consultation is meant to identify your needs prior to the service. For example, before a trial or before wedding-day services, we take about 5 minutes at the beginning of the appointment to discuss your desired style, preferred or avoided colors, coverage/intensity, hair type, and more.

How can I get to your studio?

The studio is accessible by both car and public transit.
The Iberville and St-Michel metro stations are each approximately a 14-minute walk from the studio.
We are also located near the junction of Highway 40 and Boulevard St-Michel.

Is there parking available?

There is no on-site parking, but street parking is generally easy to find nearby.

Is the building accessible (ramp)?

No, there is no access ramp. Please note that the studio is located in a basement and requires going down a few steps.

How should I prepare for my trial?
  • Arrive with clean, moisturized skin and no residual makeup. Put in your contact lenses before your appointment.

  • Ensure your hair is clean (washed the day before) and completely dry.

  • Avoid consuming alcohol or any substances prior to your appointment.

Wedding

What payment methods are accepted for any additional services on the wedding day?

For wedding day services, bank transfer is the preferred payment method.

Some artists may also accept cash and credit/debit cards. Please confirm directly with your artist.

Is there a minimum number of people required to book your services?

Yes, primarily for Saturdays.

During the low season, a minimum of 4 clients per artist is required, and during the high season, a minimum of 5 clients per artist is required. The low season runs from November to July, and the high season from August to October (inclusive).

You can always contact us for more details, as exceptions may occasionally be made for days other than Saturdays.

How should I prepare for my wedding day?

We will send you a preparation guide before your wedding. In the meantime, here are the main guidelines:

  • Arrive with clean, moisturized skin and no residual makeup. Insert contact lenses before your appointment.

  • Ensure your hair is clean (washed the day before) and completely dry if you are receiving hairstyling services.

  • Provide a workspace of at least 90 cm x 30 cm for each artist.

  • A high chair for the makeup artist and a regular chair (low back) for the hairstylist.

  • The hairstylist must be set up near an electrical outlet.

  • Provide a well-lit and ventilated space, preferably near a window or patio door.

  • Place a garbage bin near the workspace for disposable tools.

  • Avoid excessive alcohol or substance consumption before and during your appointment.

How and when can I contact you?

Phone (weekdays only): between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Email: anytime
Quote request (Contact section): anytime
Text message (weekdays & weekends): between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.

Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for a response. If calling, kindly leave a detailed voicemail if you would like a callback.

Can you create a schedule for the wedding day?

Yes. We recommend informing us at least one week before the wedding so we can create a customized timeline. Please provide the time everyone needs to be ready and the names of each person.

If your timeline is managed by a planner, please ensure sufficient time is allocated for each service to avoid rushing the artists. On average, allow 50 minutes per bridesmaid, 1 hour 15 minutes for the bride, 15 minutes for setup at the beginning, and 15 minutes at the end for cleanup. We also recommend a 30-minute buffer before the final time for touch-ups, if needed.

Can I modify the number of people receiving services?

At the quote stage, you may adjust the number of people.

Once the contract is signed, please note that cancellations are not accepted, as time is reserved for each client. However, if the schedule allows, additional people may be added.

How much time is required per service?

Each artist works at a different pace, but here are general time estimates:

  • Trial with consultation: 1h30 to 2h

  • Bride: 1h15

  • Bridesmaids: 50 minutes

  • Groom: approximately 30 minutes depending on the service

  • Groomsmen: approximately 30 minutes depending on the service

  • Flower girl: 30 to 45 minutes (hair), about 15 minutes (makeup)

  • Family / guests: 50 minutes

What is the maximum number of services each artist can handle on the wedding day?

Each artist works at a different pace. Some can accommodate up to 5 clients, while others can handle 8 or even 10. The schedule is the most important factor. For example:

  • If you need to be ready by 2:00 p.m. and have 6 people for makeup, the day would start around 7:00 a.m. with one artist.

  • If 8 people require services, we recommend two artists. Each would take 4 clients, and the day would begin around 9:00 a.m.

Additional Questions

Services

What is the difference between Natural makeup and Soft Glam makeup?

Natural makeup is perfect for clients who wear little to no makeup and want to feel like themselves. We prioritize neutral tones to create a fresh, healthy glow, using a lightweight foundation to reduce redness or sometimes just concealer when sufficient. A gloss or lip balm completes the look.

Soft Glam makeup is ideal for clients who want a more elevated and polished look while keeping it soft and refined. It offers medium coverage and enhances facial features by defining them. We use techniques such as contouring, highlighting for a controlled glow, lip liner and lipstick for definition, and eyeliner on the eyelid, for example.

Are you able to create Glam makeup looks?

Absolutely! Our artists can create any makeup style you desire. You can browse our Gallery page to view our work.

How much time do you need per service?

We allow approximately 50 minutes per bridesmaid, 1 hour and 15 minutes for the bride, and between 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours for a trial.

Are false lashes included?

False lashes are included during the trial only.

Mascara only or with false lashes?

False lashes make all the difference! Here’s a quick guide to help you understand the options.

Mascara only
This gives the most natural and lightweight result. It is the ideal option for clients looking for comfort, simplicity, or a more discreet makeup look.

Mascara with individual false lashes
Individual lashes add length and density in a very customized way. Each cluster is strategically placed based on the eye shape and the desired effect. The result remains natural and elegant, with a more open and refined look, often with a subtle cat-eye effect.

Mascara with strip false lashes
Strip lashes provide a more visible and glamorous result. They add extra volume, intensity, and definition to the eyes. Depending on the style chosen, the result can range from a soft enhancement to a more dramatic and sophisticated look.

  2. Wedding day

  3. External (outside of agency services)
