How far in advance of the wedding should I schedule my trial?

There is no prescribed deadline, but we typically do trials between January and June of the year of your wedding.

We prioritize team travel when possible. This is to reduce the total transportation and parking costs per artist. We drive to the location by car.

What is a consultation?

A consultation is intended to identify your needs before the service. For example: before a trial or before the beauty services on the wedding day. We take about 5-10 minutes at the start of the appointment to discuss the desired style, colors to use or avoid, coverage/intensity, hair type, etc.

Avoid consuming alcohol or substances before your appointment.

Some artists also accept cash and credit/debit cards. Please confirm with your selected artist.

Is there a minimum number of people required to book your services?

Yes, during the off-season, a minimum of 3 people is required, and during the peak season, a minimum of 4 people is required per artist. The off-season is from November to May, while the peak season is from June to October.

You can always contact us for more details on this. We sometimes make exceptions if an artist is available and can take fewer than 3-4 people.

How can I prepare before my wedding?

We will send you a preparation guide before your wedding. Here are the main points:

  • Make sure your skin is clean and hydrated, without any leftover makeup. Wear your contact lenses before the appointment.

  • Ensure your hair is clean from the day before and fully dry if you are booking a hair service.

  • Provide a work surface of at least 90 cm x 30 cm for each artist.

  • A high chair for the makeup artist and a regular (low-backed) chair for the hairstylist.

  • The hairstylist must be seated near an electrical outlet.

  • Provide a well-lit and ventilated space, near a window or patio door.

  • Have a trash can nearby for single-use tools.

  • Do not consume excessive alcohol or other substances before or during your appointment.

What are your opening hours?

Our work allows us the flexibility to adjust our schedule based on your needs, so we do not have fixed hours of operation. If you need to contact us, please do so via email using the contact details at the bottom of the page (phone or email).

How can I contact you?

You can reach us via the contact form in the "Contact Us" section, by phone (call or text). We encourage you to leave a voicemail if you would like a callback. In general, we will get back to you within 48 business hours.

Can you create a schedule for the wedding day?

Yes. We recommend informing us at least 1 week before the wedding so we can create a custom schedule for the big day. Please provide us with the time everyone needs to be ready and the names of the individuals.

If your schedule is handled by a planner, please make sure to account for the time required for each artist to ensure no time is cut short. On average, we recommend allowing 1 hour per bridesmaid, 1.5 hours for the bride, 20 minutes for setup at the beginning of the day, and 20 minutes at the end for packing up the kits. We also recommend a 30-minute buffer before the very end to make touch-ups, if necessary.

Can I change the number of people receiving services?

At the time of submission, you can change the number of people.

Once the contract is signed, please note that we do not accept service cancellations as we reserve time for each person. However, if the schedule permits, we can add people.

How much time is required per service?

It is important to note that each artist works at a different pace. Here is the typical time required for each service offered:

  • Trial with consultation: 1-2 hours

  • Bride: 1-1.5 hours

  • Bridesmaids: 45 minutes-1 hour

  • Groom: 30 minutes

  • Groomsmen: 30 minutes

  • Flower girl: 30-45 minutes

  • Family/guests: 45 minutes-1 hour

What is the maximum number of services each artist can take on the wedding day?

Each artist works at a different pace. Some can handle a maximum of 5 people, while others can handle 8 or even 10.

In general, it is important to first consider the timing of the day. For example: if you want to be ready by 2:00 PM and you have 6 people to be made up, the day will likely begin around 7:00 AM with just one artist.

If 8 people need makeup, we recommend having two artists. Each will handle 4 people, and the day will start around 9:00 AM.

Services

What’s the difference between a Natural Makeup and a Soft Glam Makeup?

Natural Makeup is perfect for clients who rarely or never wear makeup and wish to look like themselves. We prioritize neutral shades to give a healthy glow, a light foundation to cover redness, or sometimes just a concealer is enough. A gloss or a lip moisturizer finishes the look.

Soft Glam Makeup is suitable for clients who want a more elevated, sophisticated look, but still soft. It involves medium coverage to enhance facial features and define them. Techniques such as contouring, highlighting for a controlled glow, lip liner and lipstick to define, and eyeliner on the eyelid are used.

Can you do Glam makeup, even if it's not your specialty?

Of course! Our artists can create all makeup styles you desire. You can check out our "Our Services" page to see our different works.

How long do you take per service?

We take about 45 minutes to 1 hour per bridesmaid, 1 hour to 1.5 hours for the bride, and between 1 hour to 2 hours for a trial.

I’m unsure between mascara, eyelash extensions, a lash lift, or disposable false lashes for my wedding. What do you recommend?

All options are good. The important thing is that you feel comfortable with your choice. The trial is meant for you to try out what you think you’d like for your wedding.

Please note, we do not offer eyelash extension or lash lift services, only the application of disposable false lashes, either in strips or individual lashes.
